These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LLMsDocs website, tools, and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LLMsDocs regarding your use of the Service.

Subject to these Terms, LLMsDocs grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

LLMsDocs reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service, without prior notice, for any or no reason whatsoever.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

User Content

Our Service allows you to input URLs, process web content, and generate LLMs.txt and LLMs-full.txt files ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant LLMsDocs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Service Content

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by LLMsDocs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription Plans

LLMsDocs offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that plan. Payments will be charged through our payment processor, Stripe, on the subscription cycle indicated at the time of purchase.

Fee Changes

LLMsDocs reserves the right to modify fees for any subscription plan or service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any change in fees.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty or representation, express or implied. LLMsDocs disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LLMsDocs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the account settings.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
